Tiffany founded the Turner Law Firm, PLLC in February 07, 2013. Tiffany has been licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina since September 2008. She started her career in preparing responses to discovery requests for major corporations in Chicago, Detroit, and Charlotte.
The southern hospitality, warm weather, and growing Charlotte market led her to become a permanent resident in 2012. Tiffany enjoys practicing real estate law including land disputes and landlord/tenant matters. Tiffany is passionate about helping people who find themselves in anxiety-ridden situations such as those who have been seriously injured, those facing foreclosure and those being harassed by bill collectors. Tiffany takes cases throughout North Carolina. Debt defense and bankruptcy relief has led Tiffany to become licensed in all Federal Districts in North Carolina. Surrounding herself with top notch talent, she continues to guide the firm to rapid growth, and past clients’ referrals are a testament to the quality of work the firm produces. Our goal is to be a multifaceted firm in many areas of law, and we continue to add talent and services for our clients’ needs.
Tiffany attended college at the University of Iowa having graduated in May 2003 with a Minor in French and Bachelor Degrees in Marketing and Asian Languages and Literature with emphasis in Mandarin Chinese. During undergraduate studies, Tiffany became interested in law through a course in business law. After undergrad she obtained a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.
Since arriving in North Carolina, Tiffany has volunteered for the Coalition to Unchain Dogs, the Tax Clinic of Legal Services of the Southern Piedmont, and the Council for Children’s Rights. Tiffany’s hobbies consist of cooking classes, trying new foods and container gardening growing tomatoes and various herbs.

Yagnesh Patel was born and raised in North Carolina. Prior to joining Turner Law Firm, Yagnesh worked with a nationally recognized large law firm where he worked on commercial real estate due diligence matters. In additional to his real estate practice, Yagnesh also handles business formation and contract drafting.
Following his undergraduate studies in Economics at North Carolina State University, Yagnesh attended Syracuse University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate.
When not helping clients, Yagnesh enjoys playing basketball, attending sporting events and traveling around the world.

Born and raised in Florida, Isayra Vazquez known to all as “Izzy” has called North Carolina her home for the past 10 years. Her interest in matters of the law was sparked at a young age and decided to attend a law magnet program during her high school years in Florida.
As part of the program, she dedicated many hours at Teen Court helping teenagers and youths in trouble with the law. After high school graduation, she continued helping others with their legal problems. Graduating in 2011 from Central Piedmont Community College’s Paralegal program with an Associate Degree in Applied Science, she has gained experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, civil litigation, and other areas of law.
Born in a fully bilingual home, Izzy is interested in languages, other cultures, and is currently learning Italian. When not at work, she enjoys volunteering in her community, helping others improve their quality of life. She enjoys traveling, dancing, reading and watching anything related to Sherlock Holmes.
Her attention to detail, work ethic and positive personality makes her an valuable team member at Turner Law Firm PLLC.
Born and raised in North Carolina, Jason has called Charlotte home for the past 5 years. Growing up with a strong interest in law enforcement and the justice system led Jason to UNC Charlotte to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Through his studies, he developed an interest in the legal field. Upon graduation in 2011, he attended Central Piedmont Community College and obtained his Post-Baccalaureate diploma in Paralegal Technology in 2013. During his time in the paralegal program, he became very interested in real estate law and worked as a title paralegal for several years prior to joining Turner Law Firm.
When not working, Jason spending time with his wife, and working on wood working projects in his garage.
Sarah realized she wanted to be a legal assistant when she was in middle school. After college she followed her dream and completed a paralegal certificate program in Civil Litigation in Atlanta, then began working in the legal field in the Charlotte area immediately after. After working in the field for several years, on the advice of a trusted friend she continued her paralegal education. She obtained her Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Paralegal Technology from Central Piedmont Community College [with a 4.0 GPA] in 2015 and passed her state certification exam in 2016.
Her positive attitude and “can do” work ethic add to the team spirit at Turner Law Firm, PLLC.
When not at work, she and her husband are leading the crazy life of parents of elementary school age twin daughters.
Donna LS Jenkins
Donna LS Jenkins is originally from Chattanooga, TN. She graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a BA in Regular Elementary Education K-3 and Special Education K-12 along with a focus in Psychology classes. Ms. Jenkins enjoyed a career in teaching and being an assistant teacher. With opportunities to travel, she has lived in such places as Florida, Hawaii and Las Vegas where she was in the choir for Barbara Streisand’s Millennial Concert and with the late Marvin Hamlisch.
Ms. Jenkins also enjoyed many years as a paralegal with long-term choir friend, and seasoned bankruptcy attorney, the late G. Martin Hunter. She then joined Turner Law Firm in September 2017. Along with her husband and two children, she has been a resident, a second time, in Charlotte, North Carolina since 2002. Ms. Jenkins spends her spare time caring for her family and 2 dogs, listening to classical music, singing, watching Carolina Panthers football games, and spending time with friends.
